After you add your public GPG/OpenPGP key for a recipient the body of forwarded emails will be encrypted (this includes email attachments). Unfortunately the email subject cannot be encrypted as it is one of the headers. To prevent revealing the contents of emails you can replace the subject with something generic below e.g. "The subject" or "Hello".</p>
