Mission and public-interest framing
World Transparency Graph exists to improve public-interest oversight through structured analysis of public records.
The platform is designed for transparency, accountability, and responsible investigative workflows.
Prohibited uses
The following uses are forbidden:
- Doxxing, intimidation, or harassment of individuals.
- Political persecution or coordinated targeting based on ideology.
- Extortion, blackmail, or coercive use of graph outputs.
- Publication of personal data outside approved public-safe policy.
- Any attempt to treat analytical signals as automatic legal proof.
Human-review requirement for high-risk allegations
Any high-risk claim (for example, corruption allegations, fraud allegations, or reputationally sensitive claims) must go through human editorial/legal review before publication or escalation.
Minimum review requirements:
- Confirm supporting evidence from independent sources.
- Validate temporal consistency and identity confidence.
- Add limitations and uncertainty statements.
Non-accusatory language standard
WTG outputs must use neutral language such as:
- "signal"
- "possible connection"
- "documented relationship"
- "requires further verification"
Forbidden framing includes definitive criminal conclusions without judicial determination.
Enforcement and governance
Violations may lead to:
- Access restrictions.
- Investigation lockouts.
- Internal incident review and policy escalation.
