You may use WTG for lawful transparency, research, journalism, and civic oversight purposes.

You may not use WTG to:

Harass, threaten, or dox individuals.
Manufacture defamatory narratives from weak signals.
Build automated accusation pipelines without human review.
Circumvent access controls or abuse rate limits.

Limitation of liability

WTG provides analytical outputs from public records "as is."
No warranty is made regarding completeness, timeliness, or legal conclusiveness of any output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maintainers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of the platform.

No legal advice

WTG does not provide legal, financial, compliance, or law-enforcement advice.
Users must obtain their own professional advice where required.

No legal accusation guarantee

WTG patterns are investigative signals, not legal findings.
Users are responsible for independent verification and context checks before publication or enforcement use.

User responsibility and indemnification

Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and use outputs.
Users agree to indemnify and hold maintainers harmless, to the extent permitted by law, for claims resulting from prohibited or unlawful use.

Enforcement actions and suspension

WTG maintainers may:

Limit or revoke access for abusive or prohibited use.
Remove content or block requests violating policy.
Preserve incident evidence for security/compliance review.
