Upgrade cunningham-react to 4.3.0 and ui-kit to 0.20.0.
Theme names are renamed to match the new naming
convention (anct→anct-light, dark→dsfr-dark,
default→dsfr-light). Replace custom deepMerge with
the deepmerge library.
