Previously we were inconsistent by generating code for enum definitions
but not generating code for dictionaries. With future changes to the
IDL generator to expose helpers to convert to and from IDL values
this produced circular depdendencies. To solve this problem, also
generate the dictionary definitions in bindings headers.
Destubs AudioNode::disconnect() and its related overloads.
Ensures that inverse connections are properly removed
when disconnecting AudioNodeConnections. Adds associated
WPT but skips them for now because they rely on
OfflineRenderContext::start_rendering to be fully implemented.
Sets up the basic infrastructure for the audio node graph and
implements the AudioNode `connect()` method with its related overides.
AudioNodes store vectors of AudioNodeConnections and
AudioParamConnections to represent links between nodes.
Before this change, we were going through the chain of base classes for
each IDL interface object and having them set the prototype to their
prototype.
Instead of doing that, reorder things so that we set the right prototype
immediately in Foo::initialize(), and then don't bother in all the base
class overrides.
This knocks off a ~1% profile item on Speedometer 3.
Resulting in a massive rename across almost everywhere! Alongside the
namespace change, we now have the following names:
* JS::NonnullGCPtr -> GC::Ref
* JS::GCPtr -> GC::Ptr
* JS::HeapFunction -> GC::Function
* JS::CellImpl -> GC::Cell
* JS::Handle -> GC::Root
