This changes the maximum number of decimal places from 5 to 6, but 5 was
previously a guess, and not specified behaviour:

Before this change, the layout tree for slots was only updated after
creating a layout node for the slot itself. This was not enough to
account for partial layout tree rebuilds when the slot content changed.
With this change, we always recurse into the slot content.

This is sub-optimal but let's rebuild the whole tree for now, since this
case gets quite complicated and there are more valuable things to chase
after first.
