Fixes some WPT tests that expected `supports(foo:bar)` to serialize as
`supports(foo:bar)`, instead of `supports(foo: bar)` with a space
between.
Reading the original_full_text directly also lets us delete
Declaration::to_string(), which was only used here.
The previous implementation assumed that the contents of `supports()`
was either a raw declaration, or a block containing some number of them.
This meant we wouldn't parse things like `supports(not (a:b))` or
`supports(selector(*))`.
`parse_a_supports()` actually does what we want in every case except for
raw declarations (`supports(a: b)`), so let's always call it first, and
then fall back to parsing a single declaration.
Clip frames for overflow were applied based on whether the box in
question had a non-identity matrix transformation associated with it.
That however is not correct, since specifying a no-op transform like
`scale(1)` still needs to apply clip overflow rectangles. So instead we
need to check whether the element associated with the box in question
has any CSS transforms.
This appears to have been a regression from
9bbc1cd618 and effectively reverts that
commit, but keeps its effect by unifying on the check for CSS transforms
instead.
This fixes some background boxes being rendered for the invisible items
of the carousels on https://computerbase.de/.

As we now have a field in that dictionary, I removed the separate
`source` parameter from ToggleEvent::create(). Also updated the
relevant test.
The spec says:
> For the purpose of this specification, they all have the same effect
as auto. However, the host language may also take these values into
account when defining the native appearance of the element.

Firefox at least hides the stepper buttons when this is set.
This lets us not care about non-absolute Length units when resolving
gradient data, as they'll already have been converted to px.
We can also use Angle::from_style_value() safely on absolutized angles,
which reduces some boilerplate code.
A few things fall out of this:
- We no longer need to templatize our color-stop list types.
- A bit more code is required to resolve gradient data.
This results in a slightly different rendering for a couple of the test
gradients, with a larger difference between macOS and Linux. I've
expanded the fuzziness factor to cover for it.
This works by generating random values using XorShift128PlusRNG at
compute time and then caching them on the document using the relevant
random-caching-key
We know that longhand values are always `StyleValueList`s
Introduces a new fail in the `view-timeline-shorthand.html` WPT test
but this is because the test is incorrect and we now correctly don't
contract when `view-timeline-inset` has dissimilar cardinality. See
web-platform-tests/wpt#56181
Previously we were doing a couple things wrong:
- Using the cascaded rather than computed value (so we didn't support
CSS-wide keywords)
- Only supporting the case where we had one animation-play-state
From what I can tell BMP files with an alpha channel always store
unpremultiplied alpha. So let's load them as such to avoid rendering
artifacts from using the wrong alpha type.
The remaining failing tests in view-timeline-shorthand.html are due to
either:
a) incorrect tests, see web-platform-tests/wpt#56181 or;
b) a wider issue where we collapse coordinating value list longhand
properties to a single value when we shouldn't.

The end goal here is for LibHTTP to be the home of our RFC 9111 (HTTP
caching) implementation. We currently have one implementation in LibWeb
for our in-memory cache and another in RequestServer for our disk cache.
The implementations both largely revolve around interacting with HTTP
headers. But in LibWeb, we are using Fetch's header infra, and in RS we
are using are home-grown header infra from LibHTTP.
So to give these a common denominator, this patch replaces the LibHTTP
implementation with Fetch's infra. Our existing LibHTTP implementation
was not particularly compliant with any spec, so this at least gives us
a standards-based common implementation.
This migration also required moving a handful of other Fetch AOs over
to LibHTTP. (It turns out these AOs were all from the Fetch/Infra/HTTP
folder, so perhaps it makes sense for LibHTTP to be the implementation
of that entire set of facilities.)
We were always rendering <symbol> SVG elements, but we should only
render them if they are a child of a <use>'s shadow root. This caused
practically all instances of <symbol> to be drawn at least one time too
many.

It is not sufficient to only check if the builder is empty, as we will
then drop empty header values (when the first found value is empty).
This is tested in WPT by /cors/origin.htm, but that requires an HTTP
server.
There might be a race between read_all_bytes and stream population.
If document load reads stream before it is populated, the stream will
be empty and might lead to hang in SessionHistoryTraversalQueue which
is expecting a promise to be resolved on document load.
This race can occur when stream population and document source are set
very close to each other. For example, when a newly generated blob is
set as the source of an iframe.
- navigation/multiple-navigable-cross-document-navigation.html has been
modified to trigger this race.
