b376ab4e81 LibWeb/CSS: Serialize Supports::Declaration as original representation
Fixes some WPT tests that expected `supports(foo:bar)` to serialize as
`supports(foo:bar)`, instead of `supports(foo: bar)` with a space
between.

Reading the original_full_text directly also lets us delete
Declaration::to_string(), which was only used here.

4ed1c56267 LibWeb/CSS: Parse all supports features in @import supports()
The previous implementation assumed that the contents of `supports()`
was either a raw declaration, or a block containing some number of them.
This meant we wouldn't parse things like `supports(not (a:b))` or
`supports(selector(*))`.

`parse_a_supports()` actually does what we want in every case except for
raw declarations (`supports(a: b)`), so let's always call it first, and
then fall back to parsing a single declaration.

d9abfdf2ab LibWeb/CSS: Allow non-StyleValueLists in animation properties
Reverts 51f694c6af and
b52beb5105.

The animation-* properties are in an awkward place currently, where
they *should* be lists, and a lot of our code acts as if they are, but
actually we parse them as single values. The above commits caused a few
WPT tests to crash - see link below. I've imported one of them to
prevent future regressions.

f81bb1bd8c LibWeb/CSS: Absolutize GradientStyleValues
This lets us not care about non-absolute Length units when resolving
gradient data, as they'll already have been converted to px.

We can also use Angle::from_style_value() safely on absolutized angles,
which reduces some boilerplate code.

The remaining failing tests in view-timeline-shorthand.html are due to

 b) a wider issue where we collapse coordinating value list longhand

b2b889e1da LibWeb: Ensure registered transitions are reflective of properties
Previously we would only update these if:
a) We had a cascaded value for `transition-property`
b) The source of that cascaded value had changed since we last
   registered transitions

This meant that there were a lot of changes we didn't apply:
 - Changes exclusively to properties other than `transition-property`
   (e.g. `transition-duration`, `transition-behavior`, etc)
 - Removing the `transition-property` property
 - Updating the `transition-property` property in a way that didn't
change it's source (e.g. setting it within inline-style)

Unfortunately this does mean that we now register transitions for all
properties on most elements since "all" is the initial value for
"transition-property" which isn't great for performance, but that can be
looked at in later commits.

29666e1d83 LibWeb/DOM: Invalidate children with relative font-weight/font-size
`font-weight` and `font-size` both can have keywords that are relative
to their inherited value, and so need recomputing when that changes.

Fixes all but one subtest in font-weight-computed.html, because that
remaining one uses container-query units. No font-size tests seem to be
affected: font-size-computed.html doesn't update the parent element's
`font-size` so this invalidation bug didn't apply.

674e1a5c47 LibWeb: Support transitions between 3D and non-derivative 2D functions
If either of the two transform functions during interpolation is a 3D
function, both of them get coerced to a 3D function before deciding what
to do next. However, we only supported converting 2D functions to 3D if
they had a 2D primitive they could be converted to first.

Change our behavior to default to converting to matrix3d() if there is
no explicit conversion path. Fixes a crash in
`css/css-transforms/animation/transform-interpolation-004.html`.

7d2f631d4c LibWeb/CSS: Handle whitespace better in font-language-override strings
The rules for strings here are:
- 4 ASCII characters long
- Shorter ones are right-padded with spaces before use
- Trailing whitespace is always removed when serializing

We previously always padded them during parsing, which was incorrect.
This commit flips it around so we trim trailing whitespace when parsing.

We don't yet actually use this property's value for anything. Once we do
so, maybe we'll care more about them being stored as 4 characters
always, but for now this avoids us needing a special step during
computation.

Fixes a crash on https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/game-boy-72046 :^)

The apparent regressions in clip-path-interpolation-xywh-rect.html are
because of false positives. Something about the test was causing it to
compare two wrong values that happened to be the same. Now one of the
values is correct, they don't match.

61a0898f5f LibWeb/CSS: Stop inserting whitespace when serializing component values
Now that we don't remove whitespace when parsing, we don't need to
artificially insert it back in again when serializing. We do now need
to trim leading and trailing whitespace from UnresolvedStyleValues, as
this previously was done as part of the whitespace insertion.

This makes our serialization of UnresolvedStyleValues more correct and
gets us a few WPT passes for each property in the Typed OM tests.
