bf77aeb3dc Tests/LibWeb: Support WPT variant meta tags in test-web
Add support for WPT test variants, which allow a single test file to be
run multiple times with different URL query parameters. Tests declare
variants using `<meta name="variant" content="?param=value">` tags.

When test-web encounters a test with variants, it expands that test into
multiple runs, each with its own expectation file using the naming
convention `testname@variant.txt` (e.g., `test@run_type=uri.txt`).

Implementation details:
- WebContent observes variant meta tags and communicates them to the
test runner via a new `did_receive_test_variant_metadata` IPC call
- test-web dynamically expands tests with variants during execution,
waking idle views after each test completion to pick up new work
- Use index-based test tracking to avoid dangling references when the
test vector grows during variant expansion
- Introduce TestRunContext to group test run state, and store a static
pointer to it for signal handler access

This enables proper testing of WPT tests that use variants, such as the
html5lib parsing tests (which test uri, write, and write_single modes)
and the editing/bold tests (which split across multiple ranges).

a4051cca11 LibWeb: Serialize "auto" ByteLengths correctly in StructuredSerialize
When a "length-tracking" TypedArray/DataView is postMessage'd, the
view seen by the recipient should still be "length-tracking". However,
this wasn't the case, because the actual length was serialized, as
opposed to the JS::ByteLength, which includes the "auto" state to
signal the presence of this "length-tracking" behavior.

This fixes two subtests in...

d44b239621 LibJS: Crudely implement growable SharedArrayBuffers
We treat any mention of [[ArrayBufferByteLengthData]] and related
atomic operations as FIXMEs to be fixed at a later date. We also add the
HostGrowSharedArrayBuffer abstract operation, which will be overridden
by LibWeb to grow shared WebAssembly memories.

d08d6b08d3 LibWeb: Use enum for serialization and reimplement interface exposure
Our currently implementation of structured serialization has a design
flaw, where if the serialized/transferred type was not used in the
destination realm, it would not be seen as exposed and thus we would
not re-create the type on the other side.

This is very common, for example, transferring a MessagePort to a just
inserted iframe, or the just inserted iframe transferring a MessagePort
to it's parent. This is what Google reCAPTCHA does.

This flaw occurred due to relying on lazily populated HashMaps of
constructors, namespaces and interfaces. This commit changes it so that
per-type "is exposed" implementations are generated.

Since it no longer relies on interface name strings, this commit
changes serializable types to indicate their type with an enum,
in line with how transferrable types indicate their type.

This makes Google reCAPTCHA work on https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo
It currently doesn't work on non-Google origins due to a separate
same-origin policy bug.

1b8a77f98c LibWeb/HTML: Avoid potential overflow of index for DOMStringList
The included WPT test passes through -1 which ends up modolo'ing
to u32 max at the IDL conversion layer, resulting in an unsigned
overflow when checking bounds.

9dad8f55a4 LibWeb: Implement transfer for Resizable/ArrayBuffer
Implement transfer logic for ArrayBuffer and ResizableArrayBuffer.

Change TransferDataHolder data type to Vector<u32> to reuse existing
serialization infrastructure.

Fix 5 WPT tests in `window-postmessage.window.html` that relates to
transport.
Fix `LibWeb/Text/input/Worker/Worker-postMessage-transfer.html`.
The latter is currently ignored due to flakiness, no rebaseline is
needed.

During serialization with transfer, initialize memory with known index
and initialize Serializer at position that dependent on the memory.
This is mandatory to make ArrayBuffer transport to work. It also happens
to fix 4 WPT tests, that are related to curcular references during
serialization.

61ae388140 Tests: Create imported WPT test output from completion callback data
This allows us to disable test output, which performs expensive assert
tracking. This was making our imported tests run significantly slower
than tests run via `WPT.sh`.

Formatting the output ourselves also allows us to remove unnecessary
information from the test output.

This commit also rebaselines all existing imported WPT tests to follow
the new format.

969ee0f3e0 LibJS: Make DataView::byte_offset() return u32
This fixes structured serialization of DataView. It was expected
to be uniform with TypedArray, which returns u32 for byte_offset().

This was covered by a number of WPT infrastructure tests, which this
commit also imports.
