Some subtests changed in response to this CSSWG resolution:

Basically, `border-style: none` now affects the used value of
`border-width`, not the computed value. (And the same for `outline`
properties.)
This affects way more tests than I expected because
interpolation-testcommon.js now adds tests for composition.
Math functions like abs(), clamp(), round(), etc, can be used by
themselves in property values, without wrapping them in calc().
Before this change, we were neglecting to run calc simplification on the
generated calculation node trees. By doing that manually after parsing a
standalone math function, we score at least a couple hundred WPT points.
Instead, use the generic create_independent_formatting_context_if_needed
so that unusual situations like image-as-table-caption don't crash.
This logic clearly needs more work, but let's at least do better than
crashing. This gives us 26 new subtest passes on WPT.
A few are skipped for now:
- A few ref tests fail
- Crash tests are not supported by our runner and time out
- top-level-is-scope.html crashes and needs further investigation
This causes 36 new subtests to pass locally. :^)
Unfortunately at least one of these is flaky when it's able to load the
font file, apparently because we don't wait for the font and its
stylesheet to actually load before the tests run.
