Sam Atkins 3613181f54 LibWeb/CSS: Reify idents as CSSKeywordValue 
For us, that's KeywordStyleValue and CustomIdentStyleValue.

CustomIdentStyleValue now has a .cpp file to reduce the number of
includes in its header file.
