Feng Yu ad9f70dff9 LibWeb: Clean up unused module script fetching algorithms 
This patch removes those unused 2 algorithms:
1. `fetch_internal_module_script_graph`
2. `fetch_descendants_of_a_module_script`

Those 2 algorithms were removed in spec and are not used in our
codebase.
