Luke Wilde 25e343464d LibJS: Cache length identifier for GetLengthWithThis ...

We cached the length identifier for GetLength, but not
GetLengthWithThis. This caused an `has_value()` verification failure
when accessing super.length. Found by Fuzzilli.
