MacDue 06ed56f4f6 LibWeb: Paint SVGDecodedImageData via Navigable::paint() ...

Going via the `ViewportPaintable` missed some steps (in particular
computing clip rects), which meant nested SVGs within SVGs-as-images
were completely clipped.
