* fix(live-news): use hls.js for HLS playback in Chrome/Firefox
Chrome and Firefox do not support HLS natively in <video>, so setting
video.src to an .m3u8 URL fails immediately, burns the per-channel
HLS cooldown, and causes a fallback to YouTube which returns error 150
for channels like CNN that prohibit embedding.
Now renderNativeHlsPlayer detects native support via canPlayType and
uses hls.js for non-Safari browsers. Only fatal hls.js errors trigger
the cooldown and YouTube fallback path.
* fix(live-news): lazy-load hls.js and add media element error fallback
P1: Add video.addEventListener('error') in the hls.js branch so decode
failures that surface on the HTMLMediaElement (not through a fatal
hls.js event) still trigger the cooldown and YouTube fallback. A
once-guard prevents double-firing when both listeners fire together.
P2: Remove top-level import Hls from 'hls.js' and replace with a
dynamic import() inside renderNativeHlsPlayer. hls.js is now only
fetched when canPlayType returns falsy, so Safari and non-Live-News
users pay no bundle cost.
Also guard the post-await path against channel switches that occur
while the hls.js chunk is in flight.
