Jelle Raaijmakers 64f1e6e11a LibWeb: Add onanimation* event handler IDL attributes ...

Add these animation event handlers to GlobalEventHandlers:
- onanimationcancel
- onanimationend
- onanimationiteration
- onanimationstart

They were missing, causing `window.onanimationend = ...` style
assignments to silently fail.
