Sam Atkins e5ea4f9bdf LibWeb/HTML: Add source field to ToggleEventInit ...

Corresponds to:

As we now have a field in that dictionary, I removed the separate
`source` parameter from ToggleEvent::create(). Also updated the
relevant test.
