Tim Ledbetter e1f6a170d5 LibWeb: Invalidate style when media content attribute changes 
Previously, we would only invalidate style when setting the `media` IDL
attribute; changing the attribute via `setAttribute()` and
`removeAttribute()` had no immediate effect.
