CountBleck dc10cc08f6 LibWeb: Implement HostGrowSharedArrayBuffer for shared Wasm memories 
We once again ignore any mention of atomic operations on
[[ArrayBufferByteLengthData]]. This commit also fixes a couple bugs
where we forget to set Data Blocks as Shared.
