8a2a763c1e fix(playback manager): fixed incorrect playback status tracking #649 
- reset retries counter on new playback tracking iterations
- added `clampPercentage` function to ensure `CompletionPercentage` stays within [0, 1]
- prevent stale completion data from triggering false "completed" events
