Andreas Kling b7dae4f90e Kernel: Add CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE to the kernel time page 
This allows clock_gettime(CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE) without syscalls.
Core::EventLoop takes advantage of this automatically. :^)
