Update src/href attributes to be a USVString

The following IDLs have the src/href attributes typed as a DOMString
while in the spec the attribute has been updated to be a USVString:

 - HTMLIFrameElement
 - HTMLImageElement
 - HTMLInputElement
 - HTMLLinkElement
 - HTMLMediaElement
 - HTMLScriptElement
