Fix the Node.replaceChild tests
That method first does "if node is a host-including inclusive ancestor of parent,
throw a HierarchyRequestError" and only then "if child’s parent is not parent,
throw a NotFoundError exception".

Fix step 14.2 of Range::ExtractContents
We need the last inclusive ancestor of start node that is not an inclusive ancestor
of end node, not the first that is an inclusive ancestor of it.

Fix the "get the parent" loop when dispatching event (fixes#6733)
The DOM specification says:
> A document's get the parent algorithm, given an event, returns null
> if event's type attribute value is "load" or document does not have
> a browsing context, and the document's associated Window object
> otherwise.

Properly propagate changes when range or trees are mutated
Does the same thing as #6817, but storing Range instances directly in their start and end containers.

Make Event's isTrusted attribute unforgeable
Three failure expectations were able to be removed from `tests/wpt/web-platform-tests/dom/interfaces.html`. This is my first commit to servo and my first time with rust, hopefully I didn't overlook anything.
Fixes#8956.

Implement Range#deleteContents
Sadly calling ExtractContents and discarding the result doesn't do the right thing.
It may be worth having a CutContents method that takes an `Option<DocumentFragment>` and switch the behavior based on it, to share the code between DeleteContents and ExtractContents, like what Gecko does. Maybe a followup.

This is just the result of running --manifest-update on master; not sure
how it got out of sync.
These tests currently timeout, so also add the expected result.
