00e07a6736 Bump rust version to 1.92.0 (#42661) 
This is a prerequisite for using the new version of egui introduced in
https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/42402.

Changed most #[allow]s to #[expect]s, mainly for
clippy::too_many_arguments

Removed unfulfilled expectations

This is my first opensource contribution, so please let me know if
anything should
