This change finishes the big rename associated with the old
`compositing` crates. Long ago, these crates managed a compositor, like
you might find in a traditional web engine. These days, compositing is
done in WebRender so the name has stopped making much sense. Various
structs inside the crates have already been renamed and this is the
final big change necessary for the rename
Testing: This is just a rename so existing tests should cover it.

For a long time, the "Compositor" hasn't done any compositing. This is
handled by WebRender. In addition the "Compositor" does many other
tasks. This change renames `IOCompositor` to `Paint`.
`Paint` is Servo's paint subsystem and contains multiple `Painter`s.
This change does not rename the crate; that will be done in a
followup change.
Testing: This just renames types and updates comments, so no new tests
are necessary.

This is required so that there can be multiple `WebGpuExternalImages`
for a single `Constellation`.
Testing: This should not change behavior so is covered by existing
tests.

Make external image handlers per-`Painter`, but make some of the shared
data that they use such as the `SwapChains` global to all `Painter`s.
This allows making the WebGL thread and the WebXR thread global to all
`Painter`s as well.
This is necessary to support multiple painters sharing the same WebGL
thread.
Testing: This doesn't really change behavior yet, so is covered by
existing tests.

In order to move all WebRender initialization closer to the renderer,
so that it can support multiple WebRender instances, move all external
image handler initialiazation into `compositing`.
This also modifies the order of initalization. Now the `IOCompositor`
(renderer) starts before the `Constellation`. This will be useful
when Servo construction can fail, so that we fail before starting a
`Constellation` thread.
Finally, replace all occurences of "Webrender" with "WebRender".
Testing: This should not change behavior so is covered by existing
tests.

There are many important changes here:
- Generalize the presentation buffer into standalone staging buffers
that hold their own state. This allow them to be used by getImage.
- Move all clear handling to the ScriptThread and send the configuration
on each request present/getimage, thus avoiding any recreate/clearing
messages. This means that we prepare staging buffers lazily, on the
first request.

Testing: This is covered by existing WebGPU CTS tests. There are some
bad expectations updates, but they are also on main (presumably from
last update the rendering work) although I think CTS is actually wrong
(see https://github.com/gpuweb/cts/issues/4440).

webgpu currently sends updates WebRender directly via WebRender API
(same as webgl that I also plan to reform). 2D canvas uses Compositor
API for that and with this PR so does webgpu. This will be helpful for
#35733, where compositor must know state of image updates.

These two traits both exposed different parts of the compositing API,
but now that the compositor doesn't depend directly on `script` any
longer and the `script_traits` crate has been split into the
`constellation_traits` crate, this can be finally be cleaned up without
causing circular dependencies. In addition, some unit tests for the
`IOPCompositor`'s scroll node tree are also moved into
`compositing_traits` as well.
Testing: This just combines two crates, so no new tests are necessary.
Fixes: #35984.

This breaks the `script_traits` dependency on `webgpu`. In general, the
`traits` crates shouldn't depend on Servo non-`traits` crates. This is
necessary to move "script to constellation" messages to the
`constellation_traits` crate, making it the entire API for talking to
the
constellation. This will break a circular dependency when that happens.
Testing: Successfully building is enough of a test for this one as
it is mainly moving types around.

Flatten and simplify Servo's preferences code. In addition, have both
preferences and options passed in as arguments to `Servo::new()` and
make sure not to use the globally set preferences in `servoshell` (as
much as possible now).
Instead of a complex procedural macro to generate preferences, just
expose a very simple derive macro that adds string based getters and
setters.
- All command-line parsing is moved to servoshell.
- There is no longer the concept of a missing preference.
- Preferences no longer have to be part of the resources bundle because
they now have reasonable default values.
- servoshell specific preferences are no longer part of the preferences
exposed by the Servo API.
