Uiniel	730c827f67	script: Pass &mut JSContext to more functions in dom/stream (#43439) ... Pass `&mut JsContext` to `TransformStreamDefaultController::enqueue`, in preparation of porting the remaining BlobMethods. Testing: Just a refactor, ./mach test-unit still passes.
