c4ae451612 Turn all commented links before functions into doccomments (#40331)
Servo has a lot of comments like this:
```rust
// https://example-spec.com/#do-the-thing
fn do_the_thing() {}
```
and I keep turning these into doc comments whenever I'm working close to
one of them. Doing so allows me to hover over a function call in an IDE
and open its specification without having to jump to the function
definition first. This change fixes all of these comments at once.

This was done using `find components -name '*.rs' -exec perl -i -0777
-pe 's|^([ \t]*)// (https?://.*)\n\1(fn )|\1/// <$2>\n\1$3|mg' {} +`.

Note that these comments should be doc comments even within trait `impl`
blocks, because rustdoc will use them as fallback documentation when the
method definition on the trait does not have documentation.

Testing: Comments only, no testing required

94bcef54b8 script: Mark document as unsalvageable if unclosed websockets present. (#39940)
Our implementation of
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#unloading-document-cleanup-steps
is incomplete and doesn't consider the existence of websockets. This
change corrects that, and adds a little bit more structure to the
current document unloading implementation.

Testing: New passing tests.

72f6e72fbe Integrate fetch into WebSocket implementation (#36616)
# Description

For the initial WebSocket handshake, we need to create a proper
handshake request and `fetch()` it. Creating this handshake request
begins in `WebSocketMethods::Constructor()`, which sends the partially
prepared `RequestBuilder` over to `components/net/resource_thread.rs`.
There we handle the incoming `CoreResourceMsg::Fetch` message and finish
creating the handshake request in
`components/net/websocket_loader.rs::create_handshake_request()`.
Finally we fetch the request by calling
`components/net/fetch/methods.rs::fetch()`.

`fetch()` eventually calls `http_network_fetch()`. This is where the
"actual fetching" of the request takes place on a network level, which
means we need to handle WebSocket handshake requests differently than
non-WebSocket requests. I mostly moved the existing code, which uses
`tungstenite`, with some type massaging (thanks again, @jdm, for helping
me out here!). This included converting from tungstenite types to
Servo's net types (request/response).

# The tricky bits

In order to fetch the handshake request via
`components/net/fetch/methods.rs::fetch()`, we need to convert the
request URL's scheme from ws(s) to http(s). Then, we need to "undo" this
conversion again when doing CSP checks (i.e. http(s) back to ws(s)). To
avoid having this "undoing" logic in a bunch of places we introduced
`Request::original_url()`, holding the URL before the scheme conversion
took place. Unfortunately this only gets as so far. There are still some
places, where we need to explicitly check and/or convert the URL scheme
(e.g. retroactively upgrading to a secure scheme).

423800eec4 Script: Lazily transform the DOMString into Rust String instead of immediately. (#39509)
This implements LazyDOMString (from now on DOMString) as outlined in
https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/39479.
Constructing from a *mut JSString we keep the in a
RootedTraceableBox<Heap<*mut JSString>> and transform
the string into a rust string if necessary via the `make_rust_string`
method.
Methods used in script are implemented on this string. Currently we
transform the string at all times.
But in the future more efficient implementations are possible.

We implement the safety critical sections in a separate module
DOMStringInner which allows simple constructors, `make_rust_string` and
the `bytes` method.
This method returns the new type `EncodedBytes` which contains the
reference to the underlying string in either format.

Testing: WPT tests still seem to work, so this should test this
functionality.

8edc6ba1b2 Return correct source position for element CSP violations (#37970)
The scripted_caller only has information if the context is coming
from a script. If an element fetch listener processes CSP
violations, then this information doesn't exist. Instead, we should
use the global URL and the line number. WPT tests don't appear
to expect a column number, as they are all zero. Not all elements
are updated, as I am not actually sure all of them need it.

The source position remains an Option, since there are also code
paths that don't correspond to element or script sources. Maybe
in the future we can always determine the source position, but
let's take small steps towards that.

fc20d8b2e1 Move CSP code into one entrypoint (#37604)
This refactoring moves various CSP-related methods away from GlobalScope
and Document into a dedicated entrypoint. It also reduces the amount of
imports of the CSP crate, so that types are consolidated into this one
entrypoint. That way, we control how CSP code interacts with the script
crate.

For reviewing purposes, I split up the refactoring into separate
distinct commits that all move 1 method(group) into the new file.

Testing: no change in behavior, only a build improvement + code cleanup

85e4a2b5c7 Update FetchTaskTarget to propagate CSP violations. (#36409)
It also updates the FetchResponseListener to process CSP violations to
ensure that iframe elements (amongst others) properly generate the CSP
events. These iframe elements are used in the Trusted Types tests
themselves and weren't propagating the violations before.

However, the tests themselves are still not passing since they also use
Websockets, which currently aren't using the fetch machinery itself.
That is fixed as part of [1].

6031a12fd1 Move ScriptToConstellationMsg to constellation_traits (#36364)
This is the last big change necessary to create the
`constellation_traits` crate. This moves the data structure for messages
that originate from the `ScriptThread` and are sent to the
`Contellation` to `constellation_traits`, effectively splitting
`script_traits` in half. Before, `script_traits` was responsible for
exposing the API of both the `ScriptThread` and the `Constellation` to
the rest of Servo.

- Data structures that are used by `ScriptToConstellationMsg` are moved
to `constellation_traits`. The dependency graph looks a bit like this:
`script_layout_interface` depends on `script_traits` depends on
  `constellation_traits` depends on `embedder_traits`.
- Data structures that are used in the embedding layer
  (`UntrustedNodeAddress`, `CompositorHitTestResult`, `TouchEventResult`
and `AnimationState`) are moved to embedder_traits, to avoid a
  dependency cycle between `webrender_traits` and
  `constellation_traits`.
- Types dealing with MessagePorts and serialization are moved to
  `constellation_traits::message_port`.

Testing: This is covered by existing tests as it just moves types
around.

5e9de2cb61 Include WebViewId into EmbedderMsg variants where possible (#35211)
`EmbedderMsg` was previously paired with an implicit
`Option<WebViewId>`, even though almost all variants were either always
`Some` or always `None`, depending on whether there was a `WebView
involved.

This patch adds the `WebViewId` to as many `EmbedderMsg` variants as
possible, so we can call their associated `WebView` delegate methods
without needing to check and unwrap the `Option`. In many cases, this
required more changes to plumb through the `WebViewId`.

Notably, all `Request`s now explicitly need a `WebView` or not, in order
to ensure that it is passed when appropriate.

fe8a22b72c script: Unsilence all main thread TaskQueue errors (#34849)
No longer hide errors while queueing tasks on the main thread. This
requires creating two types of `TaskSource`s: one for the main thread
and one that can be sent to other threads. This makes queueing a bit
more efficient on the main thread and more importantly, no longer hides
task queue errors.

b2eda71952 script: Move TaskManager to GlobalScope (#34827)
This is a simplification of the internal `TaskQueue` API that moves the
`TaskManager` to the `GlobalScope` itself. In addition, the handling of
cancellers is moved to the `TaskManager` as well. This means that no
arguments other than the `task` are necessary for queueing tasks, which
makes the API a lot easier to use and cleaner.

`TaskSource` now also keeps a copy of the canceller with it, so that
they always know the proper way to cancel any tasks queued on them.

There is one complication here. The event loop `sender` for dedicated
workers is constantly changing as it is set to `None` when not handling
messages. This is because this sender keeps a handle to the main
thread's `Worker` object, preventing garbage collection while any
messages are still in flight or being handled. This change allows
setting the `sender` on the `TaskManager` to `None` to allow proper
garbabge collection.

77cfca65c4 script: Eliminate code duplication in the task queue (#34798)
Instead of creating a type for each `TaskSource` variety have each `TaskSource`
hold the same kind of sender (this was inconsistent before, but each
sender was effectively the same trait object), a pipeline, and a
`TaskSourceName`. This elminates the need to reimplement the same
queuing code for every task source.

In addition, have workers hold their own `TaskManager`. This allows just
exposing the manager on the `GlobalScope`. Currently the `TaskCanceller`
is different, but this will also be eliminated in a followup change.

This is a the first step toward having a shared set of `Sender`s on
`GlobalScope`.
