8e0c2d5750 Implement WindowOrWorkerGlobalScope::reportError (#40654)
This web API is alternative API to `throw e`, which is why we can reuse
a lot of the existing machinery.

The one testcase that isn't passing yet is because it reports an empty
`TypeError`. The current logic in `ErrorInfo` only retrieves the message
data, but doesn't include the type of the exception. For that, we need
to use `(*report)._base.errorNumber` and map that back to the original
type codes. However, deferring that to a follow-up as that requires some
more work in mozjs.

fa12f7a5e5 script: Add cx_no_gc/cx/realm codegen option and demostrate them (#40582)
Companion to https://github.com/servo/mozjs/pull/650

We added 3 new options to bindings.conf, each more powerful then the
previous one, so one should use the least powerful as possible to keep
things flexible:
1 `cx_no_gc` prepends argument `&JSContext`, which allows creating NoGC
tokens and using functions that do not trigger GC.
2. `cx` prepends argument `&mut JSContext`, which allows everything that
previous one allows, but it also allows calling GC triggering functions.
3. `realm` prepends argument `&mut CurrentRealm`, which can be deref_mut
to `&mut JSContext` (so it can do everything that previous can), but it
also ensures that there is current entered realm, which can be used for
creation of InRealm.

59526928af html: Remove canGC argument from <media> internal seek method (#40587)
The `seek` method isn't explicitly exposed in the API, but is called
from various places (`currentTime`, `fastSeek`, by the `media metadata`
event) and doesn't itself create new DOM objects, so the `canGC`
argument can be omitted.

It was previously required because calling the `Seekable` method creates
a new `TimeRanges` object, but it will now be replaced by the internal
`seekable` method to avoid interaction with the JavaScript engine (and
potential garbage collector).

The `earlyest possible position` method has been changed to match the
specification and use `seekable` instead of `played`. See
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#earliest-possible-position

3fd9ebb849 script: Make file picker selection flow asynchronous (#39893)
Previously the `<input type=file>` would wait synchronously for file
selection
results from the embedder. This change moves that synchronous wait to
the
`FileManager` worker thread. The main benefit is that script is not
blocked waiting
for the embedder. The synchronous wait on the worker thread is not a
large issue
because it is run from a thread pool, though a later change could also
remove
that synchronous wait.

In addition, the API surface for file selection changes a bit as there
is now a `dismiss`
method which differentiates between selecting no file and not making a
choice at
all.

Testing: Covered by exiting WPT, WebDriver conformance, and unit tests.

35d4b1e937 script: Combine WebDriverJSError with JavaScriptEvaluationError and add the stack (#39647)
This change merges the WebDriver only `WebDriverJSError` with the API
`JavaScriptEvaluationError` and also allows passing `ErrorInfo`
information through to the API layer when possible. In addition, the
stack is added to `ErrorInfo` (but only in situations when evaluating
JavaScript code for WebDriver or via the API for performance reasons).

These changes allow much more useful error output when script execution
fails via WebDriver. Now the error message and source file line numbers
are printed by the test executor.

Testing: These changes should be reflected in the testing output.

ef9f16027b html: Add missing 'width' and 'height' reflected IDL dimension attributes (#39606)
The HTML specification defines the 'width' and 'height' attributes as
dimension attributes for the embedded content and images (img, iframe,
embed, object, video, source, input with image type)
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#dimension-attributes and for the
tables (table, col, colgroup, thead, tbody, tfoot, tr, td, th) even
these attributes are marked as obsolete.

And UA are expected to use these 'width' and 'height' attributes as
style presentational hints for the rendering.

The embedded content and images:
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#dimRendering

The tables:
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#tables-2:the-table-element-4

Added missing 'width' and/or 'height' reflected IDL attributes:
- conformant 'unsigned long' IDL attributes for the 'img, source, video'
(with new macro 'make_dimension_uint*)
- obsolete 'DOMString' IDL attributes for the 'td, th, col, colgroup'

Moved the `fn attribute_affects_presentational_hints()` from Element to
specific HTML and SVG elements with attributes which affects
presentational hints for rendering.

22fbb3458b Add signal to request (#39290)
The signal taken from the requestinit is now passed into
the request object with the relevant steps. I added all
spec comments to this method, as I had trouble figuring
out which steps I had to add.

This required implementing the algorithm to create
dependent signals, which is used in the `any()` method.
So that's now implemented as well.

All of that required the machinery to have dependent and
source signals on an AbortSignal. It uses an IndexSet
as the spec requires it to be an ordered set.

0ae9ee28d5 script: More consistently use f32 and have scrolling methods follow the specification more closely (#39104)
This clarifies the units for scrolling:

 - `f32` is used for internal Servo scrolling APIs as that is the unit
   used in WebRender.
 - `f64` is used for the web-exposed scrolling APIs as that is what the
   WebIDL code generator gives us.

Conversions are done consistently at the boundaries of the two APIs.

In addition, web-exposed scrolling methods are refactored a bit to more
closely follow the specification text. In addition, specification text
is added to those methods so that it is clearer that we are following
it.

f5b631e270 devtools: Show clients where they can set breakpoints (#37667)
devtools clients query source actors to determine where the user can set
breakpoints in a source. there are two relevant requests here:
`getBreakableLines` controls which line numbers can be clicked in the
margin, and once a line number is clicked,
`getBreakpointPositionsCompressed` controls where to show breakpoint
buttons within that line.

this patch handles those requests by querying the [SpiderMonkey Debugger
API](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/js/Debugger/) for that
information:
- devtools sends its script thread a GetPossibleBreakpoints message for
the source’s
[`spidermonkey_id`](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/js/Debugger/Debugger.Source.html#id)
- the script thread fires a `getPossibleBreakpoints` event into its
debugger global
- the debugger script looks up the
[root](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/js/Debugger/Debugger.html#onnewscript-script-global)
[Debugger.Script](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/js/Debugger/Debugger.Script.html#getpossiblebreakpoints-query)
for that source, calls
[getPossibleBreakpoints()](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/js/Debugger/Debugger.Script.html#getpossiblebreakpoints-query),
and returns the result via
DebuggerGlobalScope#getPossibleBreakpointsResult()
- that method takes the pending result sender, and sends the result back
to devtools
- devtools massages the result into the format required by the request,
and replies to the client

as a result, users of the Firefox devtools client can now set
breakpoints, though they don’t have any effect.

Testing: this patch adds new devtools tests

21717158eb script: mark innerHTML as fallible in ShadowRoot (#38565)
This is a follow-up to #38532 which simply defaulted to an empty string
as the spec's WebIDL doesn't mark `innerHTML` as `Throws`. However,
since the absence of `Throws` in the spec doesn't imply no-throw, we can
mark this as fallible in our WebIDL. This makes the `ShadowRoot`'s
implementation match `Element`'s `innerHTML`.

9416251cab script: Unify script-based "update the rendering" and throttle it to 60 FPS (#38431)
Instead of running "update the rendering" at every IPC message, only run
it when a timeout has occured in script. In addition, avoid updating the
rendering if a rendering update isn't necessary. This should greatly
reduce the amount of processing that has to happen in script.

Because we are running many fewer calls to "update the rendering" it is
reasonable now to ensure that these always work the same way. In
particular, we always run rAF and update the animation timeline when
updating the ernder

In addition, pull the following things out of reflow:

 - Code dealing with informing the Constellation that a Pipeline has
become Idle when waiting for a screenshot.
 - Detecting when it is time to fulfill the `document.fonts.ready`
   promise.

The latter means that reflow can never cause a garbage collection,
making timing of reflows more consistent and simplifying many callsites
that need to do script queries.

Followup changes will seek to simplify the way that ScriptThread-driven
animation timeouts happen even simpler.

Testing: In general, this should not change testable behavior so much,
though it
does seem to fix one test. The main improvement here should be that
the ScriptThread does less work.

c09e117bfe script: Create a debugger script for the SpiderMonkey Debugger API (#38331)
to use the [SpiderMonkey Debugger
API](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/js/Debugger/), we need to
call it from an internal debugger script that we will supply. this
script must run in the same runtime as the debuggee(s), but in a
separate
[compartment](https://udn.realityripple.com/docs/Mozilla/Projects/SpiderMonkey/Compartments)
([more
details](https://hacks.mozilla.org/2020/03/future-proofing-firefoxs-javascript-debugger-implementation/)).

this patch defines a new DebuggerGlobalScope type and a new debugger
script resource. when creating each script thread, we create a debugger
global, load the debugger script from resources/debugger.js, and run
that script in the global to initialise the Debugger API.

subsequent patches will use the debugger script as an RPC mechanism for
the Debugger API.

Testing: no testable effects yet, but will be used in #37667

1d896699a4 script: Implement CSSStyleSheet.replace (#38244)
Implement `CSSStyleSheet.replace`
[#dom-cssstylesheet-replace](https://drafts.csswg.org/cssom/#dom-cssstylesheet-replace)
with disallow modification flag
[#concept-css-style-sheet-disallow-modification-flag](https://drafts.csswg.org/cssom/#concept-css-style-sheet-disallow-modification-flag).

Basically it would behave like `replaceSync`, but we are running it
asynchronously.

Testing: Existing WPT coverage.

f523445fc3 script: Implement DocumentOrShadowDOM.adoptedStylesheet with FrozenArray (#38163)
Spec:
https://drafts.csswg.org/cssom/#dom-documentorshadowroot-adoptedstylesheets

Implement `DocumentOrShadowDOM.adoptedStylesheet`. Due to
`ObservableArray` being a massive issue on its own, it will be as it was
a `FrozenArray` at first. This approach is similar to how Gecko
implement adopted stylesheet. See
https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D144547#change-IXyOzxxFn8sU.

All of the changes will be gated behind a preference
`dom_adoptedstylesheet_enabled`.

Adopted stylesheet is implemented by adding the setter and getter of it.
While the getter works like a normal attribute getter, the setter need
to consider the inner working of document and shadow root StylesheetSet,
specifically the ordering and the invalidations. Particularly for
setter, we will clear all of the adopted stylesheet within the
StylesheetSet and readd them. Possible optimization exist, but the focus
should be directed to implementing `ObservableArray`.

fcb2a4cd95 Implement initial version of ReportingObserver (#37905)
The specification moved around lately with how it defines its reports
and report bodies. They became dictionaries, but are currently missing
some fields [1].

Most tests won't be passing yet, since the `Reporting-Endpoints` header
isn't used yet. In fact, the specification leaves it up to the browser
to figure out when to run this task [2]. I am not sure if there some
background scheduling we can do here.

Confirmed with content-security-policy/reporting-api/
report-to-directive-allowed-in-meta.https.sub.html that the callback is
invoked. The test doesn't pass, since
the `describe_scripted_caller` is empty for HTML elements. Thus the
`source_file` is empty, whereas it should be equivalent to the current
document URL.
