Follow the ImageBitmap specification and use the global scope bitmap
task source
to fulfill resolved promise (asynchronously). 
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/#bitmap-task-source

Any promise rejection must be done synchronously.

Testing: Improvements in the following WPT test
