Martin Robinson 65b4e183a4 script: Wrap unsafe code in windowproxy.rs in unsafe {} (#40493) ...

This is another step on the way toward enabling the default set
of rustc compiler warnings for `script`. This also renames two
functions according to Rust snake case guidelines.

Testing: This should not change behavior and is thus covered by existing
tests.
