niya 6cd95eaa51 mach: respect --yes when installing GStreamer on Macos (#44091) 
When `mach bootstrap` is run without `--yes` or `--force` on macos:
Add warning that `mach bootstrap` command is being run without elevated
permissions.
Stop execution and ask user to run the command with `--yes` or install
GStreamer manually.

Testing:  mach does not have testing
Fixes: #44021

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

servo

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

tidy

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, ruff on Python files, lock file versions, and more.

wpt

servo-wpt is a module with support scripts for running, importing, exporting, updating manifests, and updating expectations for WPT tests.
