Moved the Wakelock trait from wakelock to embedder_trait

Added Required dependency in `components/shared/embedder/lib.rs`
imported the Wakelock trait from `components/shared/embedder/lib.rs` to
`components/wakelock/lib.rs`
Added dependency `embedder_trait`
