niya 8bdfb998b0 canvas: fix unrecognized offscreen webgl context (#44159)
fix unrecognized type error on `OffscreenCanvas`

Testing: existing WPT:
- `tests/wpt/webgl/tests/conformance/offscreencanvas`
- `tests/wpt/webgl/tests/conformance2/offscreencanvas`

Fixes: #43540
