nortti0 11687b3263 Port Servo to FreeBSD (#43116) 
Add the minimum amount of FreeBSD-specific code to Servo, where no
platform-neutral fallback exists.

Testing: I've succesfully built and run Servo on FreeBSD with these
changes (and some fixes to dependencies). There's no functional change
to any other targets. This pull request was created with Servo running
on FreeBSD.

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

servo

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

tidy

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, ruff on Python files, lock file versions, and more.

wpt

servo-wpt is a module with support scripts for running, importing, exporting, updating manifests, and updating expectations for WPT tests.
