fix(electricity): use bidding zone EIC codes for ENTSO-E (#2791)

* fix(electricity): use bidding zone EIC codes instead of country-level codes

5 of 11 ENTSO-E regions were returning "no price.amount" because they
used country-level EIC codes. Day-ahead prices are published per
bidding zone, not per country.

Changes:
- DE: 10Y1001A1001A83F (country) -> 10Y1001A1001A82H (DE-LU zone)
- IT: 10YIT-GRTN-----B (country) -> 10Y1001A1001A73I (IT-North zone)
- NO: 10YNO-0--------C (country) -> 10YNO-1--------2 (NO1 Oslo zone)
- SE: 10YSE-1--------K (country) -> 10Y1001A1001A46L (SE3 Stockholm)
- GB: removed entirely (left ENTSO-E June 2021 post-Brexit)

EIC codes verified against entsoe-py canonical mappings.
