Sam b73b908dbd script: Start preparation to use safer JSContext (#40465) ...

This PR is companion to https://github.com/servo/mozjs/pull/638,
currently it only make stuff compile. In follwups we will start
passing/using safer JSContext down everywhere.

Testing: Not needed as it's just refactorings.
