atbrakhi ad91c6e461 devtools: Fix test_source_breakable_lines_and_positions_with_functions (#38964) 
In #38933 we removed `start_web_server` but
`test_source_breakable_lines_and_positions_with_functions` was not
updated because it was added later. In this patch we remove
`start_web_server` in that test as well.

Testing: fixes an existing test

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

servo

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

tidy

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, ruff on Python files, lock file versions, and more.

wpt

servo-wpt is a module with support scripts for running, importing, exporting, updating manifests, and updating expectations for WPT tests.
