Tim van der Lippe c0b55a2c34 script: Add about_base_url (#42104) ...

We populate the required field for all relevant entrypoints
and set it to `document.base_url` when the url is `about:blank`
or `about:srcdoc`. In all other cases, it uses
`document.about_base_url`.

Testing: WPT
Fixes #41836
